This is the bartenders lime of the tropics and produces small, tart, aromatic fruits best known
for being an essential ingredient in Rum punches or in "Key lime pie" and "Roses" lime cordial.
This variety needs more heat in the winter or it will loose its leaves, which will grow back in the spring.
If you are looking for an easy lime the Tahiti is the one to go for.
