Citrus aurantifolia x Fortunella japonica
Similar to Eustice limequat but thinner and longer fruit.
As the name suggests, a cross between a lime and a kumquat, producing delicious spicy, small yellow fruit.
Bred to create a hardier, less tropical lime to replace the key lime it has been overtaken by Tahiti lime which is larger and seedless.
It has a richer flavour than "normal" limes.
