KAFFIR LEAVES

These leaves impart a wonderfully aromatic smell and flavour to, and  are an essential ingredient in many Thai recipes.

 Trying to obtain fresh leaves can be extremely  difficult.

 However, we can supply fresh leaves, grown here at our nursery, directly to you.

Do not confuse these with inferior frozen or dried leaves. These leaves are picked fresh on the 
day of dispatch to you and are packed full of flavour many times stronger.

A good tip is to tear either side of the leaf midrib and discard the stalk and midrib as on all kaffir lime leaves this is a little bitter.

 There are 10 fresh leaves in each packet. This is more than enough for mountains of green curry paste!
